SHOPPING INFORMATION
How long will delivery take?The standard processing time is 3-5 business days which is then followed up by 10-20 business days for the actual delivery of the product.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Upon receipt of your order, we pass on the relevant details to our fulfillment center who then arrange for the delivery of your item(s).
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once your order has been successfully submitted you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. In case you haven't received one, please, contact our Customer Support team.
Do I have to have an account to place an order?
All customers are free to browse our site and place orders without registering an account. Nevertheless, we do recommend registering individual accounts as that enables you to keep track of your order history and it allows us to tailor your experience.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
What methods of payment do you accept?Our services are fully integrated with a variety of payment providers, including but not limited to PayPal, VISA, AMEX, MasterCard and more. We also support accelerated payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes. All refunds will be processed exclusively back into your original payment method in compliance with our legal obligations.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please, place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
How long do I have to return an order?
Orders are generally eligible for returns of up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Should you want to check if your order qualifies for a return, please, contact our dedicated Customer Support team.
How do I cancel my order?
Due to our efficient order processing we can allow for only up to 60 minutes after receiving your order for cancelling your request. Should you decide that you no longer want the item you ordered, please, reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
